Acting as Project Managers & JV Partner, a 157 bedroom four star hotel incorporating leisure and conference facilities was built for Macdonald Hotels (now operated by the Marriott Hotel Group). The hotel located in Holyrood, Edinburgh and adjacent to the location of the new Scottish Parliament opened on time and within budget.
The hotel is situated on Holyrood Road within 100 metres of the Scottish Parliament building.
